So I’m having this issue, were the respooler is kicking all the filament out when doing a color change or unload.

Also when unloading, does AFC do more than one retract back before you toolhead sensor is untriggered?

Or the other thing looking at your config, your tool_stn_unload may be too large as it should be 20-30mm within your tool_stn based on your retract and push back values for cut.

tool_stn: 27.23
tool_stn_unload: 96.8

Going through the toolhead calibration on the docs site may show that its smaller than what your currently have
