Im a little stumped, on 1 of my box turtles, it will load the filament just fine to the toolhead. When it goes to unload it wont pull it back. The cutter works, as I can typically remove the boden tube from the tool head and see it is cut, and then it may or may not retract. I have messed with the tension screws on the extruders to no avail, cleaned the extruder gears. Running a Galileo2 extruder and bambu hot end in the toolhead in a stealthburner. Just trying to see where I should look next

Is the filament all the way clear of the extruder? And did you also try adiusting the anti squish screws on the BT extruders?
And is this a new box turtle or a new problem on an existing one?
This is a new problem that just started recently. It seems to clear the extruder in the tool head, and yes ive adjusted the anti squish screws.
Is the BT lane extruder making squealing noses (skipped steps) when trying to unload? From your description, it sounds like this happens only during unloads, but loads happen just fine. Correct? Any other changes around the time this popped up?
What is the ID of the bowden tube between the TN and toolhead?
from the buffer to the toolhead is 2.5mm. I have not heard any weird noises, I will try and post up a video of what it is doing
and of course the thing knows it is on camera with me trying to catch it acting up, and it is now working just fine. I did notice that my daughter did add a part on to the boden tube right before the tool head which I removed as I wonder it that was causing extra friction
so I am not sure if it is fixed , so let me try it out for a bit and see if it decides to act up again
