I did a new build of box turtle (which I really like) and so I was a little slow looking for help in the "afc-updates" section as I was not updating only building new!
I will include a couple of screen shots of my environment. Basically, If the Klipper on the Pi is updated to v0.13.0-294, I will get TTC timing errors about 2-10 hours into a print with 2 filaments.
I tried everything recommended for these errors... slowed down all fast moves, added cooling to the Pi which is fine, re-sliced the print, played with the settings related to this, etc etc. All died in the same way typically in a boring part of the filament change during nozzle wipe or whatever (and I tried two completely different macros for that... all slowed way down as well). Many days and 100% failed prints. The logs just showed pretty generic stuff... Just the TTC screen was available. Forcing back to v0.13.0-253 and everything always works... even at the high-speed settings.... Hope this is of some use to you guys.
Noting that the 9/6/25 post in the afc-updates section says that the newest AFC push works with the Current Newest Updates. (mine does NOT)

Hmm fun, also it was the newest klipper at the time of that post. I think 294 came after that post. Thanks for the log I'll try to look through it to see if anything stands out to me

OK, thanks for the reply. Might be best to post the latest version at the time on those Software Update messages as it can be a pain to go back and decipher. Admittedly, I had a lot of new things going on... adding Box Turtle, change from Octopi to Mainsail... adding klipperscreen, adding the AFC screen add on, updated the firmware the boards from some pretty old versions... It was stable just after I completed the Box Turtle... but I think one of the other installs said to update all the apps and klipper first, so I slavishly did... oops. Turns out apparently it was the Pi's Klipper 294 that did me in... Done a few of the 'same' prints since going back and all is working very well... (including the Box Turtle 🙂 )

So they just pushed out a new update this morning that adds a dwell to verify everything is flushed out, wonder if this newest update helps with the TTCs
