Hi All, I've built an HTLF from an ERCVv2 kit that I had. It is great to see it up and running over a weekend!
I got a fwe TTC errors here and there while going through the welcome macro (or prep/selfcheck) here and there but mostly I was able to try and test multiple aspects of the system.
While working on more tuning before I start my first true mutli color test print, I had many updates to do and therefore gone ahead and updated Klipper and flashed all boards I have with latest klipper firmware.
I can't say for sure if the TTC issue that I am seeing now happend post the upgrade or prior to but generally speaking I did have it but much less frequent.
As of now, if I enagble the prep macro in AFC.cfg. my Voron 2.4 WILL throgh a TTC as soon as I hear the second cam move.
I did some reading and added M400 to the Prep macro, I went ahead an added max_move_dis: 550 to AFC.cfg as well as disabled Crowsnest for good measure.
My currents are set to a low value such as 0.2 and 0.5 as my steppers can do 1A only!
My setup is:
Voron 2.4R2 (MPX kit)
BTTT Manta M8P v2.0 (CB1 mainboard)
SBB2209 toolhead
BTT MMB v1.1 (HTLF)
Nevermore Max v2 (Isik's mainboard PCB)
everything is running on CANBUS.
AFC-Klipper add on + AFC-Klipper-Screen are installed.
Can anyone assist in troubleshooting the issue?
(please before you tell me to swap or reinstall on a new SD, my system has been running without any issues until HTLF was added plus it is localized to taking actions on HTLF, I hate to go through the hassle of a new setup unless there are indicators that it is related to an SD issue)
Thank you very much and looking forward to getting my first print so that I can serialize my HTLF.
