Lanes 1 & 2 cause the steppers to squeal when trying to unload. 3 & 4 don't seem to have an issue. I have the hotend at 240° and I have already tried replacing the drivers. It has a dragon uhf nozzle. Tool_stn 72 ,tool_stn_unload 110, unload speed 25 . I don't know what else to try. <@&1304550334839918672>

when the motor loose steps, is the filament out of the tool head ? to me it looks like the BT extruder gear are fitting against the extruder, maybe someone else has a similar opinion ?

I would recommend straigtening out that bowden path before we do anything else.
At one point in that video its a literal pretzel it looks like.

OK. I moved the PARK position over near the purge bucket so the bowden is straighter. This is a large format printer and the bowden NEEDS to be that long. Not sure what else I can do with it.
