I am having issues with grinding on both load and unload.

I am not sure what variables I need to tweak here or if something is mechanically wrong. Additionally I have one light spool that the filament is thrown off the spool when unloading? Is there a variable to help that along or do I have to resort to weights?

The ticking on load is your toolhead extruder skipping steps

#

It looks like filament is getting caught or stuck on your blade, which would cause that

#

#

This is immediately after your cut, your depressor isn't coming back out correctly

#

Moving it back and forth some so it moves freely on its own will help with that

That's my immediate notices on that at least. Once that's cleared up there may be something else that pops up, but that's an immediate issue

Nope nothing but trouble with the damn thing. It will not spring back once pushed. Additionally holding it open doesn't help the filament load. Nothing is coming out when 💩

what are your cut settings in macro_vars?

also what length spring? 15 or 25?

My cut macro should be posted above. Not positive it's whatever was in the LDO kit

okay sorry I didn't check above. in the video above is the filament retracted out or still where it was at the end of the cut? with pushback there should be no filament around the blade after cut

Screw is too tight if I don’t bad recall when that happened to me it was on the Sb face… of course if you believe that it was build properly including the spring tension
