#Problem Test Lanes and Hub Cutting
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Try taking the leg off and just put 1. I had the same issue running the old code when I did LANE=1.
Maybe they fixed it now
What happens if you send HUB_CUT_TEST_help
Do you see AFC_hub_cut.py in AFC-Klipper-Add-On/?
what about PREP_Help? Klipper restarted after you installed the new software correct?
i see this at github :
What do you see on your pi in the AFC-Klipper-Add-On folder
yes i restart all
this :
If you ran the install script then it should be working.
Should I do it again?
I would try running the install script again. I would also restart the whole pi after. Remember to update the configs with the settings from your old ones
no it dosn`t work
My suggestion at this point would be to repost this in software help and see if one of the software guys can check it out.
@fossil star If you ssh into your pi and run ls -al in /home/pi/klipper/klippy/extras directory does it show the links back to the AFC extras folder?
What do people enter with the hub cutter after the update so that the cutter runs?
I don't use a hub cutter, mi have a toolhead cutter. Maybe I should build one just for testing software purposes.
I don't understand why query doesn't show when there is filament in the hub, but it does on the Klipper interface.
here take a look Lane 1 dosn`t show loaded to hub . At the end it shows loaded to hub : True
Form tip Works. Cut works too
But I still don't understand why it shows loaded ti hub no at the line and further down : Hub loaded true
Do you have a lane loaded into the toolhead because it shows that there isn't but hub_loaded is true. Hub loaded and current load should always be set together. If you haven't done it already unload all your lanes, then delete the vars file and restart klipper
I have delete vars file. Show my last picture here. Leg1 loaded to hub : false system hub loaded : true why???
You don't have an AFC.vars file inside your AFC folder?
I have a afc.var file when i start the bt
Should I take a screenshot and post it?
