I received everything to get started with the build today, decided to mock up the frame to see how I did on my inaugural extrusion cutting outing. Mostly good, need a shim or 2 for perfection. All trays will be done by tomorrow morning and I'll start building out the guts and planning a harness.

I wanted the rear idlers to mimic the look of the respooler wheels. Heat inserts are going into the extruder bodies (a 4th is currently being reprinted due to a warp) , parts for the respooler bodies are printing, I hope to get the extruders done and start on respoolers tonight.

Leg 1 and 2 respoolers have to come apart because I think the LED wires might be blocking the filament path opening, I cant get filament past the triggers on both of them suddenly lol
