second. what? nobody is able to see the password.. Except you set it personally.. otherwhise it's hidden..
if you setup smtp, then the first password gets auto-generated and sent via mail...
so what are you trying to achieve?
and while we are at it.. Please write proper german, if you even try to write german, it's kinda hard to understand your question

then the person made some modifications to their panel... since a normal admin-user-site looks like that
and inside the database, the password is salted+encrypted

But the person who created my account can view my password! And I changed it!

then use a single-use password and that^s a problem of that person's panel.. nothing we can do about it
