I have a lifetime vps from zap hosting and want to install pterodactyl and wings for Minecraft paper. I don't have a domain and I don't know whether or not to install docker as my vps has 8gb RAM so it can't run multiple game servers at once although I only intend to host Minecraft. I need help installing pterodactyl and what ever else i might need to install, it would be very helpful if anyone could suggest a list of the things I need to install and on what order.

Yes but your suggestion of just running Minecraft server without pterodactyl panel doesn't help me as I want a easier way to control, upload files to my server and assign roles and restrictions. And the bot suggested a link to their website not to docs like the other dude said

If you can't find the giant "LET'S GET STARTED" button in the middle of the webpage, then it's not likely you'll be able to follow the instructions.
