whenever they click the link in the mail they get a error with https://XXX.XXX.X.XX/server/xxxxxxxx is not reachable

and the ip is my local ip

so i thought i needed to open the ports of the ptero panel but didnt fix the problem

yeah i fixed it already but have a new problem

they can acces everything except the console while i gave them that permission

it just keeps saying having trouble to connect
