I have got the ark server and it was running for a week. The server was running without issues. But last couple of days I can not seem to find or join my server anymore. I have tried restarting the server and the vps. I have no idea what is going wrong exactly.

Just a follow up, I am not sure what went wrong but my Minecraft server is running well with no issues
I tried joining through steam and I got this
so I am not sure if there is an issue with the egg, because I did not change anything

I tried using the in-game command as well, but it does not work with password protected servers as far as I know
but I used to join through the server list. but for some reason the info for the sever has been grayed out although it is running.
I tried to change the port. it did not help so I will try changing the port back again to what it was

But I am sure the server is running. Everything indcuates that it is running. I just can not connect to it for some reason. I thought it might be a nat issue or related to the Vps settings. But that does not make sense either if I can connect to my minecraft server with no troubl
I also asked a friend and the server is not showing for them either. So I am not sure what broke or why it broke

But it doesn't appear in the list at all. And nobody else can see it either.

Sorry for the late reply, but I did not see this earlier
I have 3 guesses of why this might be the case each one has a different solution
Was your ark server working before or are you setting it up for the first time ?
If you are setting up for the first time is it password protected?
If you are setting it up for the first time and it’s password protected you need to use the full command and enter the password as well I don’t remember the exact format right now but I think it was -open IP:PORT?serverpassword=“password”
You can google it and try that to see if you join.
If you are using a different port than 7777 I would suggest using it instead since it is the default. I have seen videos use other ports such as 8888 and or 7778 (for running multiple servers or a cluster), but I remember the first time I set it up I used another port by mistake and it kinda messed things up. I am not sure why I might have done something wrong but I am not sure.
If the server was running fine before and it broke after update, run the server and check if there are any errors, I got this error Error! App '2430930' state is 0x6 after update job.
The solution I found was the the following
is often fixed by going to the server files> steamapp>"appmanafest_2430930" file is there, delete it and restart. Do this to each server and restart one at a time.

Oh now reading it again, I might have misunderstood what you asked, but if you can access it using the command, I would recommend other players to check the filters they are using for the servers to appear.
There was a command that refreshes the server list and it helps in making the server appear I don’t remember it on top of my head. But If that doesn’t work then I would recommend having auto favorite on and joining by the command line then the server will stay in the favorites.
Because sometimes my server doesn’t appear either so I find it a hassle to make the server appear again ( I did accidentally remove it from favorite once )
Otherwise I really don’t have a clue on what to do. I just told you all the things I tried lol.
ark.useserverlist 0 I think this is the command I used to refresh the server list but it doesn’t hurt to check after me.
