disable 2fa temporarily. If you still cant login create a new admin user temporarily and change the pw of your old admin user.

Only issue is that I had a friend setup the panel as I wasn’t on my pc at that time. So I wouldn’t know the old admin user.. (panel was setup about 6 months ago) so assuming creating a new temp admin user wouldn’t work as I don’t have the old info?

And currently my friend quit mc, and hasn’t been on in a while.

as long as you have root access to the server you can do everything you want like creating a new user etc. If you don't know how to do that id recommend asking your friend since he setup the panel. Nothing we can do for you then
