wym do you even own the panel, if so just reinstall your system ig, if you are referring to a panel from a hosting that you had access to then you're out of luck, we are not your third party host, we can't do anything there for you, contact your host instead

Pterodactyl is the software they (and many many others) use.

Only the person that installed it/has administrative rights can help you out.

Every pterodactyl install is seperate, we are not linked to any of them, pterodactyl is just the software they use.

If you have access to the server that runs pterodactyl, then you can create new users etc.
