Unknown User logged in and created a Minecraft Server. Updated to 1.11.11, what can I do now?

Some unknown user logs in into my panel and creates a MC Server. I updated my panel 2h ago and an hour ago the server was created again.

Do I need to reinstall Ptero completly or is there something else I can do? My Server is running on a VPS.

Hi, I got hacked too. Someone installed a crypto miner on your server, downloaded and modified some files and startup script. I recommend you to fully reinstall your VPS and install a fresh version of pterodactyl. You also need to copy only files which was not backdored. If there is any backdoor on the files you send again, you reopen the door for the hacker.
