Hello,

I'm encountering an issue where, after enabling SSL on my Pterodactyl panel, the node remains in an offline state (red status).

I've taken the following steps to troubleshoot:

Verified that the SSL certificates are correctly installed and valid.

Ensured that the config.yml file is properly configured with the correct uuid, token_id, and token.

Confirmed that the panel and Wings versions are compatible.

Checked firewall and network settings to ensure necessary ports are open.

Reviewed panel logs for any error messages.

Despite these efforts, the node remains offline.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you for your help.

unfortunately creating a new node did not work for me

the fix was for me to port forward the wings server to the internet eventho they are int he same network

you shouldn’t use ssl if it’s being used within the same WiFi tbh
