57 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
when i run the configuration cmd in termius it shows it's connected but when i check it shows red heart
Also check if it shows info of the node machine when you click inside or if it loads forever
hhow to check?
wait
Yea
Your node is connecting to the panel just fine
Your browser just can't connect to wings
but the server won't start
Check for errors in the browser console on the node overview
wait a moment sir
Make sure that your wings are running using systemctl status wings and that your Wings ports (by default 8080/2022) are open in your firewall or router. This website can check your ports https://dnschecker.org/port-scanner.php
Browser console errors can also provide additional debugging information. More troubleshooting steps can be found at https://pterodactyl.io/panel/1.0/troubleshooting.html#cannot-connect-to-server-errors
Should the panel and wings be located on the same network, you might experience NAT reflection issues. In that case, type .nat for more information.
The second part of this is relevant here since we know wings is up since the panel can show daemon info just fine
I have found the following for: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/1353730749030727692/1353732474022264853/image.png?ex=67e2b91c&is=67e1679c&hm=5077261dbd76cdc42f64a4fe2ce5683e5685cd0793b8d4bf8e72e213a6c7bc79&
@gentle slate; It looks like your browser is unable to reach the Wings.

@vale ginkgo is there anything else you can help me?
Please explain the issue you're experiencing in as much detail as possible. Preferably with error messages in a text format or paste link to logs. Nobody can assist you without information that helps to understand the issue. Help us help you. Messages such as "doesn't work" or "i need help" will most likely be ignored.
Sorry had to fix some other problem at work am back now
okay
Anyways check the troubleshooting guide it linked before
@burnt roost ?
okoko wait sir
i have 502 bad gateway error i will fix that then i will check this link
You will normally see 502 bad gateway error when php-fpm can't be reached by your web server. This can be due to a wrong path, it not running or wrong permissions. Confirm that it is running and using the correct php-fpm version in the config pterodactyl.conf file. It would be attempting to use PHP 8.3 by default. When using other PHP versions, make sure to change the php-fpm version in your config to match your used PHP version.
Not sure where to find the server block file? Type .webconf and I will respond with more instructions. Web server error logs can provide additional details.
good bot

Sudo sustemctl restart nginx
Sudo sustemctl restart wings
Simple! 😘
systemctl restart wings
Then do the same command but replace restart with status
command 'ludo' from snap ludo (0.17.1)
command 'sudo' from deb sudo (1.9.9-1ubuntu2.4)
command 'sudo' from deb sudo-ldap (1.9.9-1ubuntu2.4)
command 'udo' from deb udo (6.4.1-6)
See 'snap info <snapname>' for additional versions.
showing me this
do you mean to restart wings then check status?
Simple! 😘
systemctl restart wings
it's active (runnnig)
Yeah
And what works for me is generating another config
That also seems to help
i tried 10 times
after deleting creating new node nothing happens
What are your ports
25565
Are they conflicting? With others
bcuz i just need one server
The panel ports 8080 and 2022
