If you lost access to your panel account you can still manage accounts through the Artisan CLI though

The panel doesn't just magicially get it's own smtp server

Mail Functionality is an entirely optional feature

That is also quite out of scope for our support here

If you want mail functionality read up on it online on google or something
If you got your own domain and want to run your own mail server you could start by looking into Postfix else try getting an SMTP server from a provider like Mailgun or something ig

But no, the panel doesn't come with working email services out of the box you need to set those up yourself first

i think ur misinturpretting what im asking help for

i was just reporting that the mail service hosted by the website for changing the password doesnt work i dont want my own mail shit

then it says this but it doesnt actually spam main and all not there

so i dont think it is out of scope

that can log into the panel and change the pw of the old one
