I have spent days now trying to figure this out but when running a reinstall on the server i saw it it came up with this error message. Processing triggers for libc-bin (2.31-13+deb11u3) ...

and because of this it cannot properly install forge and then the server just shuts itself down and it cannot be fixed ive tried so many different way to fix it.
