So I've been trying to set up my web panel with NGINX and SSL. I've got the SSL certificate, but I've been trying to set it up so my web panel is accessed via a Cloudflare tunnel (which I’ve done before but forgot how). I'm just looking for some help because I don't understand what I'm doing wrong for it to not even show.

Read the docs for cloudflare tunnels (and again for the panel installation). IP Resolving for cloudflare tunnels is solved locally. You don't need to specify the domain in your sites-enabled config. Only the local IP of your Server, because the connection does not come from external (hence no port-forwarding required) but rather internal (cloudflare tunnel / agent).
