Hello everyone. I've decided to create a server, but I can't connect to it. The panel says that it's online, but I can't.

  1. problem.

Wings is listening, but I can't see the port open. Don't know how to open. (Don't even know if that's the case).

  1. problem.

My server can't connect to mojang servers and I don't know how to fix it.

But when I use different hosting software, it works.

Whould be grateful for any help. Thanks!

Logs, diagnostics, screens,...

Yes, the dns section where you have it set to 1.1.1.1

#

Hmm. Well gonna try it, but it's Weird that I'm not blocking 1.1.1.1

#

Still the same

Yes it's is able to reach it

Probably DNS then; I'd test with whatever DNS servers you have on the host, since you know the host can resolve DNS records.
After making the change, docker container inspect (server_uuid) and look for the DNS servers it's using to make sure it's applied.

Well

#

Still nothing. There's someone, that has the same problem.

Did a complete reset of OS, and still the same

#

@sick shell do you have any suggestions?

#

For information, I use Debian 12 (dietpi os)

sick shell

"Dns": [],

I've never seen that before. What do you currently have for the DNS section in your Wings config.yml?

quiet swift
#

Well, if you could wait. I need to turn on my server

#

Oh how lucky I'm. It can't even boot

#

Well maybe tomorrow

#

But I had dns 8.8.8.8 and 10.0.1.138 (my gateway)

Well, when I wanted to upload log it showed me this when I have put the dns 10.0.1.138 in.

#

Sorry for bad pic

#

Buuut

#

When I put the 8.8.8.8 in I got this

#

I/o timeout

#

And well, 80% packet loss

#

When I put 1.1.1.1 as dns

#

I get nice 100% packet recieve

quiet swift
#

So now the only dns I use is 1.1.1.1

quiet swift
#

But still nothing

sick shell
#

docker container inspect (server_uuid) | grep '\"Dns\"\: \[' -A 3

You're looking at the panels container. That's not relevent here. You need to be looking at the servers containers
