i cant access my web panel from my FQDN i have to use my ip i checked the files they all have my FQDM in them

You've told us nothing about why you can't connect with your FQDN
i dont know why when i try it just wont load but when i connect with my ip it works just fine
If you won't provide info then nobody can help you
what kind of info would you like
tell us what actually happens when you try to use your FQDN, what the actual error messages are
Why wouldn't you mention error messages like that in the first place..

It does seem to be propagated.. kinda
But shows it's using cloudflare proxy
Which then gets to....
Pterodactyl has features to enable use of proxies, however we cannot provide support for proxies as it adds great complexity to the application set up. Troubleshooting complex network setups involving tunnels and proxies is extremely difficult to do without access to that network. Supporting complex network issues is outside the scope of this support.
Fix your DNS and then set your cloudflare SSL level to full
or just disable the proxy 😂
Judging by the asked questions and the lack of knowledge.. he doesn't have a clue about how it's setup 😅
