#500 on User UI when try to create database

The user does not see the database and also receives an error when creating it. But the base itself is being created. Unfortunately it is not visible in the UI

Added:

  1. Log debug console Chrome in pter
  2. Log on nginx

There were too many logs to read @candid quartz. Please post 5 or less. Alternatively, please share larger logs using paste sites, such as pteropaste or hastebin.

You'll need to grab the error logs from the Panel. The following command uploads the last 150 lines of this day's log to our pastebin and provides a link you can share.
tail -n 150 /var/www/pterodactyl/storage/logs/laravel-$(date +%F).log | nc pteropaste.com 99
