Most recent versions of Minecraft require java 21

You need to select Java 21 in the list you're looking at

If it's not there, and you're using the eggs that come with the panel. Your panel is out of date

If you are running your own Pterodactyl Panel, you can update it to the 1.11.7 version. This includes support for Java 21.
