Where do you see this error, when you view a server on ptero?
Send a screenshot of it
Looks like your ports arent open on your firewall then
If it only happens externally
wings ports (by default 8080/2022) are open in your firewall or router. This website can check your ports https://dnschecker.org/port-scanner.php
You need to open them, not close them
You need to figure out how to open them on whatever firewall you have
When you're accessing the panel, are you using the same address as your clients
Pterodactyl has features to enable use of proxies, however we cannot provide support for proxies as it adds great complexity to the application set up. Troubleshooting complex network setups involving tunnels and proxies is extremely difficult to do without access to that network. Supporting complex network issues is outside the scope of this support.
Please explain the issue you're experiencing in as much detail as possible. Preferably with error messages in a text format or paste link to logs. Nobody can assist you without information that helps to understand the issue. Help us help you. Messages such as "doesn't work" or "i need help" will most likely be ignored.
If it works for you when you're accessing via 192.168.7.4 then your panel address in the wings config must be 192.168.7.4.
You must use the correct panel address that everyone is using in all the configs, otherwise you're going to run into CORS issues

Start by putting the actual panel address in your browser address bar and seeing what happens
The same address that your clients are using
and the nodes status ?
Is that while viewing the panel using the correct (public) address ?
Bringing us back to this
Your panel address is wrong in your wings config
Yes
You are expected to understand how to read documentation to use this Panel. We have spent many hours detailing how to install or upgrade our software. Please, take some time and read rather than copy and pasting and then complaining when things do not work.
If you expect to be able to install this with no understanding of basic linux system administration you should stop and turn around now
How did you install the panel ?
