#Can't access Pterodactyl panel from Windows specifically

I dual boot Windows and Linux, and set my dns server (which my local dns records are on) on both OS.

While I can access everything on Linux, when I try to go to the Pterodactyl panel on Windows it gives me this error:

Every other services work fine on Windows so this is very weird.

Edit: Also, both OS have the same exact IP, and my services are running behind Traefik. I have tried flushing DNS, clearing OS as well as browser cache and even release the IP but nothing seems to be working. I also tried to use a different browser (Chromium) but it still gives the same error.

I think it said something along the line of SSL connection failed

#

but I'm on Linux so I'll need to switch

#

wait a bit

sounds like you have misconfigured ssl

#

its a misconfiguration usually

#

trusted cert stores etc

#

you'll need to run an ssl checker against it

#

either that or your windows install has broken ssl

#

you need more of a test than your dual boot systems

every other services I can still access normally on windows

that doesnt really matter

bingo

#

proxies can cause these exact issues

Pterodactyl has features to enable use of proxies, however we cannot provide support for proxies as it adds great complexity to the application set up. Troubleshooting complex network setups involving tunnels and proxies is extremely difficult to do without access to that network. Supporting complex network issues is outside the scope of this support.
