And unless you can share configs and settings, didn't work is the extend of anyone else's insights here as well.

Your proxy's config, what firewall rules you've put in place, what IP was used for the client server allocations (public, 127.0.0.1, or 172.18.0.1?), whether or not you set online=false and bungeecord=true in all your client server.

VC/Screenshare support isn't efficient. Put it into words/screenshots so multiple people can look at it and if anyone is familiar with it they'll probably respond.

Try setting bungeecord to true
