Wait for rcon to be up, then the server will start, usually around the time it used 5gb of ram.

And for some reason you have set the primary port to the rcon port. You need to set it back to the game port.

you created that server with the Ark egg that comes with pterodactyl
This is clear from the docker image your server is using
