Databases cannot be created for this server.

I recently made a csgo server using pterodactyl running on debian 10.
I created a database host but when i go to the csgo server and click on databases, it says that databases cannot be created for this server.
How do i make it so that databases can be created for that server?

Is there a valid database host available for the server to use?
