Please explain the issue you're experiencing in as much detail as possible. Preferably with error messages in a text format or paste link to logs. Nobody can assist you without information that helps to understand the issue. Help us help you. Messages such as "doesn't work" or "i need help" will most likely be ignored.
I have found the following for: https://ptero.co/edygixicun
@little void; It looks like your panel is not responding correctly. This happens when your Panel points to a different website or if you have a firewall/CDN/DDOS Protection service such as Cloudflare blocking the connection. Try to open your the remote Panel URL from your Wings config and see what it loads (default Nginx/Apache page, wrong site, Cloudflare under attack verification).
If you run the following command on the machine where Wings is running and get an "error 1020" response it is certainly Cloudflare: curl https://your-panel.com
Login to Cloudflare and navigate to Firewall -> Tools where you can allow your Wings IP, remember to include IPV6 if you have one.
Make sure your crontab line is correct and check your PHP version and redis status.
php -v
PHP 8.1.21 (cli) (built: Jul 8 2023 07:10:19) (NTS)
@earnest sparrow I don't think there is a problem, can you check?
pterodactyl only supports php 8.1.x
als did you set the host cronjob?
crontab -e
yes. set crontab
PHP 8.1.21 (cli) (built: Jul 8 2023 07:10:19) (NTS)
is that as root?
now that you have the right php version restart pteroq and try again on the panel
Easy!
systemctl restart pteroq
i did now should i test scheduled tasks?
I'm testing with 1 min timed tasks.
does not work automatically. No manual problem.
@gusty basalt @earnest sparrow pteroq service file.
queue:work > queue:run shouldn't it be?
It says crontab -e "schedule: RUN"
Can I solve this problem on a platform where I can get paid support? Does pterodactyl have such a service?
No it doesn't. There's Wisp which is similar if that's what you're looking for.
I liked this app. I just couldn't get past the problems. and I couldn't find enough support. I just want support
i want to check the configuration and fix the scheduled not working issue
Show the config for the schedule itself, as well as each task
I didn't fully understand what you meant?
The schedule you say doesn't work, show the settings and tasks, and state what you expected to happen and what actually happens.

Looks like an invalid command, and I do see unknown command in the console. Change it to say x or enable Continue on failure.
That doesn't work either. I am sad
I think someone needs to connect and check with root access. I tried all possibilities. I think the developer should look into it. because I'm not as familiar with Pterodactyl as the developer.
Post the new settings and new console messages, show this
How do you want it?
Would you like to connect with me via rdp and review?
Like the two screenshots here (not the ssh terminal screenshot)
Show that these two things are done and show the results after a few minutes
It's morning here. I need to leave. Thanks for your interest. See you tomorrow. @earnest sparrow
See ya
I assume you've tried deleting and remaking the schedule. Let's rule out the command as an issue; try making a schedule to restart the server with a power action.
Yes. I deleted the tasks and added them again. shutdown restart start ge any command still not working
The commands seen here are the commands I sent from the manual console. Auto not working issue still persists
I want an opinion from you.
After you have completely formatted the ubuntu 22.04 system after you have taken my configuration backups of the game. If I install pterodactyl. do you think it will fix the problem?
Can you help me with the pterodactyl installation so that I don't have the same problems on this system that I'm planning to install from scratch?

Hey friends, I've reset my server. I carefully followed the entire installation process from the beginning. I hope I won't encounter the same issue again. Right now, the game server is being set up, and once it's done, I'll try the automatic scheduling again.
@twilit shuttle; It looks like your browser is unable to reach the Wings.
Make sure that your wings are running using systemctl status wings and that your Wings ports (by default 8080/2022) are open in your firewall or router. This website can check your ports https://dnschecker.org/port-scanner.php
Browser console errors can also provide additional debugging information. More troubleshooting steps can be found at https://pterodactyl.io/panel/1.0/troubleshooting.html#cannot-connect-to-server-errors
Should the panel and wings be located on the same network, you might experience NAT reflection issues. In that case, type .nat for more information.
Most likely, yes.
not working
Rule out the command being the problem
Try a power action instead of a command
See if the schedule itself is working
Also, try setting it for a specific time once a day; if you look in #development there's actually an open issue for schedules relating to minutes being rounded.
it worked now
waiting for it to start server
I have one last question.
I set the timezone. but it looks different on game console. for scheduled tasks, the timezone is correct. Is there a timezone setting other than env?
The timezone in your wings config
I really appreciate that you took the time for my problems. If we were together soon, I would treat you to a meal. Thank you so much
