Backups

so i have a backup file downloaded, but somehow it got corrupted when i was trying to unzip it, is there a way to retrieve old backups on the panel?
if they are not listed on the backup list

what is the complete file name of your back up? is it .tar.gz or zip?

normally it wont be corrupted while doing unzip, the only way to get that is by accessing the main host storage, unless its already gone

Been looking around and can’t seem to find on the panel nor the ssh

I got the ssh installed for me from my server host

i believe the os is just pterodactyl?

you can try to access the ssh then type this in the terminal

cd /var/lib/pterodactyl/volumes

[ember elm]

OS is separate to pterodactly

when it asks for the # would the server ID be the COV0535 from the pic above?
