You can't use 127.0.0.1 inside the container. It referrs to the container its self.
You must use the IP address of the docker interface (no you can't change this to 127.0.0.1) or the IP address of the host server
You can not make the users IP address show up as 127.0.0.1
Using 127.0.0.1 for your servers allocation should allow the host to connect to it at 127.0.0.1.
