Yes, it is possible.

You can install the Pterodactyl Panel on one VPS and the Wings on a separate one.
Just follow the Offical documentation or as an alternative, you can use the unofficial install script which you can find via a Quick Google search.

Yes, you just need to follow the same Wings Setup for the second Node.
Feel free to ask as much as you want.

You only need to set up a new Node at the already existing Pterodactyl Panel installation and Install the Wings on your new Node.
