I have tried a few different things, at first I was concerned it was my mail configuration and networking (turns out it isnt) I don't have any custom code or addons or whatever third-party things there are and recently updated the panel to latest version and am now getting this error. any good way to fix this or should I generate a new migration?

Have done that and its the same thing, unsure how that happened between updates of the panel
