stress up to a limit is good
as long as it leads you to acheive goals on time and push yourself, its fine
if it starts playing with your mental
take a break
if youre getting stressed in a test again take a small break
once youre thru the 1st round of solving sit back straight and breathe calmly, drink some wotah
then start solving the unsolved questions in reverse order
freshness aaegi and you will figure out atleast 2-3 more questions

My test taking is this:
1: mentally plot out the path ill take in this problem
2: nahi dikha, toh just write down the givens, "go with the flow", see where that takes me
3: if still blank, immediately go to next q

once you go thru the whole paper chill a lil for 3-4 mins and then go off in reverse
Then after whole paper done i look around, see other people solving, then gain some confidence like "hehehehebe mera pehle hua"
Then go to the ones I couldn't do

but theres no other thing
rechecking paper is also something but well
