Drew FBD for when cube is not immersed and immersed
Equate** net force acting on cube to zero**
When not immersed N=mg
When immersed with a height h above the cube, write expression for N' (in picture)
N'=mg when
h=0 (height of liq above cube)
Fb=0
Which means we need to take the assumptions
1)block is just immersed
2) there is no liquid between cube and vessel so buoyant force is zero
but why do we take second assumption?
yes from the contact of the cube abd the vessel
