changing 5.75 to 5.8 gives you 945
i dont know what other approximation you'd think of that'd actually simply your calculations and give you the correct answer

eg. here they've asked into 10^-2 so any approximation will change your answer
if they've asked with less precision and the numbers you get wont have a large impact, and your approximations are small enough and the terms you're approximating aren't squared or something, then maybe you'll get correct answer
