in Q 8 , the 2 6ohm resistors at rightmost end will be parallel,then their resultant will be series with top 3 ohm (horizontal)and their resultant in parallel with vertical 3ohm and it will continue like that and in last resultant and 2 4ohm resistors in series

for Q15 take 2 points A and B and then draw the resistors as they go with all the branches , it will be easier to read and you will be able to identify series and parallel
