by looking at figure, qn yeh puch rha hai ki total accelaration aur velocity parallel kab hongi ab tangential retardation humesha rahega as given in question toh total accelaration will be directed towards tangential accelaration when centripetal accelaration Is 0 as total acc is vector sum of centripetal and tangential acc therefore v=0
