I am looking for books on electromagnetic physics that aren't too blulky, but still give an intuitive explanation of the concepts.
Will like to see your recommendations.

For me it has always been DC Pandey. It was a great book for concepts and practice.

hcv is pretty good of course, but if you are trying to just build up the concepts ncert is really nice as well
If you dont mind hunky books, university physics by young is good
Or purcell and morin
If you like physics in general and just wanna know more, read irodovs book on electromagnetism after going through hcv or university physics

i think david griffiths also covers a bit on electromagnetism

griffiths is pretty advanced for the highschool level

#

it is an undergrad text

#

of course all the math is covered in the book but still if someone considering just studying forr jee, griffith isnt the one to recommend

theory and questions concisely for JEE advanced ke liye ill specific go for either dc pandey or cengage, these two were my books, and my physics is pretty good

imo cengage is meh for anything but math
even for math its just good as a book that introduces to loads of problems
Physics, especially electromagnetism which you went tend to struggle with if the concepts arent strong, I dont think cengage is the best option
Honestly HC Verma for concepts and then cengage for light bit of practice would be a better way to go about it I guess?

cengage isnt good enuf for theory tru
halliday walker has a bit
landau lifshitz is good too imo just not as good as it is in mechanics
