Maybe there should be a rule in ranked and tournaments about the skip stalling, like:
"Whoever got to the "selecting a blind" last, should decide skipping/no skipping." or smth like that.
There are some matches where at least one person just stalls and doesn't agree to suggestion about both players skipping or not.

The only person on the server that did this has agreed to stop. I REALLY dont want to add it to the rules since I dont want new players thinking that lying about skips is something that we have a problem with, how incredibly lame is that. That being said, if you tell your opponent "no lets not skip for the rare" then they skip for the rare anyways its just gonna be ruled an insta-loss.
This follows my disappointment with mid-game log checking. Its just lame and shouldnt be a thing. Play the game for fun guys
