They all have the same main stat but different substats.

Focus on that. You'll need 4 different pieces to activate a set.

And... I think that covers a lot of it.

Ya can add more tetris pieces if you have more slots even though your 4 piece set bonus is active.

Her ult regens automatically just by losing hp, you need no charge.

CYCLE: Nova allows her to drain enemy hp by 2x her own max hp (lvl 60 fadia --> 100k nuke to the boss)
Her follow up string has abnormally high cycle generation, allowing her to reliably proc nova.
She is the only psyche element user that can reliably get discord for break teams because of her high cycle generation

TANK: TAKES 50% OF INCOMING DMG FOR YOUR TEAMMATES, SHE WILL NOT DIE SHE SURVIVES AT 1 HP, AND HEALS HERSELF THROUGH HER ULT. She gives your teammates 10% max hp + 10% of her OWN max hp throuhg nova (her own max hp is HUGE, obviously)
