Is Hotori worth pulling? I'm trying to build a solid team and have 2 free Standard S Tier Picks, I know she has a time stop gimmick that can be good for things like the PB Hesit, but doesn't have great synergy as of now with other characters. I got to the 70 pull soft pity with what I have gathered so far, but at the same time can't find what Standard characters I should pull for? Every team seems to have Nanally in it, so far my only S tier is Sakiri, and I have most A classes at A3 with Haniel maxxed. I don't have Chiza yet, I know she's amazing apparentely.

Hotori has a lot of synergy with other units. Blossom team is pretty good. And she herself can be just a main DPS while storing other unit's redirect skills.

We can only say she theoretically has good future proofing because of her kit.
