Swap to JiYuan First and Ult so you do dmg then Skill to once again get the CC off and swap to zero, Afterwards
Have Zero Ult (Dmg) then skill to trigger quick swap on mint? Is that simple enough for you

tl;dr she gains grain (gauge) while attacking, using E drains it and holding it drains it all, if she goes negative she doesnt get any damage bonus
Using ult gives her 10k grain and you get extra when hitting E in a positive spike during her ult, after ult ends you have to "pay back" the base 10k which can offset the negative or leave you positive
