Depends on the character. For the standard banner S ranks you can get them by fighting various bosses for the first time. For Zero you have to buy it with real world money, though there're some good alternatives. For Nanally you have to pull for it on the weapon banner.

I know many people are asking about Eclipse's hidden quest but I just cant even start it. I'm sure MANY others are the same. All content creator's videos are showing same Eclipse dialogs but doesn't say anything about pre-quests or needs required to be started but " go to Area M10 at hours between 8-10 am"
