the issue is you have to jump from ledge to ledge to get past it as the water is literal sluighe that slows you down, and if you are, and i kid you not, at 1% the wrong jump angle then you are cauight, and since you need a diagonal view to keep track of different flashlight spots you basically cant judge if the spot across is safe or not

for example, in the offices there is 1 door to the right that has a big long conference table. that table has high chance of purple/gold coin item. the pedestals and flat desks in the collection floor all have good chance for those items as well
