this might sound weird, but restarting helps with that, i was in a stream that did reroll speedrunning and ever since ppl started to alt f4 really long cutscenes ( to reroll faster) , and since then mail never arrives late

so if u continue rerolling, make sure to alt f4 every long cutscene (that you cant skip) and mail will usually arrive on time
