Nanally is the strongest dps but its the first banner character, which usually is powercrept quickly
most of the time u target support chars that arent powercrept as quickly, like Jiuyuan/ Sakiri are probably the safest pick, Daffodil got adjusted a bit but needs certain teams and only rly usuable on break teams

Some people SWEAR on hathor, she is really clunky and has some weird targeting issues, not that strong against bosses, but she unlocks a certain furniture that with some upgrades give you these upgrade tetris blocks... which can be useful but in my opinion not worth it to especially target, u decide

personally i will just try to get nanally early and somehow get sakiri or jiuyuan and pick the one i didnt get. there are "rumors" of another S selector, because CN servers got them aswell; might go for Hathor cuz of the passive or an Awakening for sakiri cuz she gets another 30% atk buff with an awakening

Daffodil is good in break teams and good against bosses that u can counter, but thats not guaranteed. People expect her to be replaced by Hotori though (i dont know why, just heard some people talk about it) and she is not as flexible.
Fadia is not bad aswell but just pales in comparison to the rest, damage reduction in general is just seen as "just dodge lol"
Baicang is REALLY hard to play but also quite strong. People assume him to be powercrept by Lacrimosa quite soon though. Sakiri buffs DoTs too, which would be quite good with Lacrimosa.

imo: Sakiri > Jiuyuan, some ppl say Skip nanally cuz its the first banner but ill reroll for her, try to get her early and save my summons for next banners. No one KNOWS what will be good in the future ^^
