generally people who reroll would want to pull for the limited s rank character with as little pulls as possible. since standard character is always gonna be there and you'll get standard pull more often at the beginning.
but it also depend on what you're goal is and how "greedy" you want to be

That's going to vary based on the time frame you do them in. Battle passes tend to give you more currency per $ but require waiting to get them
