not quite. WuWa works out of the box, as does genshin and to and degree hsr (needs a replaced renderign related dll to work). ZZZ works too. P5x, Umamusuma, Stella Sora work too. NTE last beta worked too after the launcher issue was solved. On that note ToF works too

The anti cheat does not work under linux, you may launch hoyogames using different software or modding the game but it is not officially supported and violates the Terms of Service you agree to. Weither you get banned or not is a different question.

I do not know what the stance of the Studio of NTE is for the Linux compatibility layer that is commonly used but it is a third party application and therefore might fall under this rule.

Genshin/hoyo specificly made it so it runs on linux. Sure they never aknowledge it but it stand to reason they arent against it either. Afterall it them which after one patch just allowed linux user in.

As for WuWa they explicitly allow steamdeck and in turn linux to play the game.

Hotta studio is a tricky case i give you that, in ToF they accidently allowed Linux at one point but once they found that out they never bothered fixing it.

NTE uses the same EAC (Semeingly configured in the same way as WuWa) and theoritically worked day one in the cbt

the only thing that prevented it from runnign was some login issue via the launcher not the EAC. TLDR yes its not officially akknowledges yet but it stands to reason for now that it is safe

Again, you may be able to get genshin or other gacha games running, but not natively. You need to use a compatibility layer, and it is not supported officially. You can use workarounds, but do so at your own risk.

proton at this point is considered natively by most since noone expects anyone to write linux binaries when Proton just works. Proton in itself isnt even a hack or a cheat just a layer that translated the instructions to something linux understands. The only real risk if the special proton version really circumvense anything (and hence is a hack), which is something we will have to see but isnt the case in either of hoyos Games , WuWa or ToF. But we dont really know with NTE yet.

my point is the devs not giving support for any technical issue you may face doesnt mean it against the TOS. But i agree everyone must know they do it at their own risk but the track record is no ban sofar in other games (some reports sure but all of them could be traced back to them also using cheats and blaming it on the linux to no admitting to being a cheater)

Unfortunately, "Confirm" button is 1 time use only. If you have more than 1 reward in your inventory and will try to claim only 1 of them, the website will show a proper warning about it

You may have to create new account if you want to receive more rewards that you cannot claim already in your current account

It might launch, but it won't run well, since NTE requires at least a gtx1660 and integrated graphics like Intel Iris Xe are below that, so you would likely get very low FPS and a lot of stuttering even on the lowest settings, possible crashes too

Normally, no. So if your main server is on Europe server, and you switch to Asia, then you have to replay all the game’s content again starting from the very beginning
